Changing and evolving
It's three months into 2017 already! It's not a rollercoaster, it's a bullet train! After 20 years, I've decided to make some change to my life and not teach at Hawaiian Graphics full time. Still open for occasional workshops, etc. It's a wonderful venue for classes. Any art supplies students need are just upstairs and they are great to work with. the drive is doing me in though. I am thinking the occasional class from my studio, no driving or other expenses. We'll see.
Right now I'm working on a pastel of my granddaughter from a photo I took several years ago when she was getting a bath in a tub on the bathroom counter. It will probably embarrass her no end but it will eventually go to her dad. I hope it turns out well enough to enter into our juried exhibit this year.
My next event is the IAPS Conference in Albequerque, NM in June. Can't wait.
